The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a nice quiet area adjacent to a shopping center and the international port. the room was modern and airy with duvets and a very comfortable bed. - There were an electric kettle and refrigerator upon arrival. - Its location relatively near Vincom Plaza Ha Long was handy.

The double room suited us: it had an electric kettle, climate control and an electronic key card. The location was strategic in quiet area that was perfect for us.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, which was great for a peaceful vacation. the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.

The Wi-Fi in our room was not very reliable, and there was some noise from other guests due to the proximity of our room to the elevator. the breakfast options were limited, with only two basic choices available.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a three-day itinerary and helped us rent a motorcycle and book a boat tour. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a nice view. the breakfast options were good, with a variety to choose from, including Vietnamese, French, and American options.

The bed was extremely hard and the water pressure from the shower and toilet flush was low. There was also some noise from a nearby construction site that made it difficult to sleep at times.

our second stay in ha long was made even more memorable by the amazing hospitality at halong boutique. from the friendly staff to their helpful recommendations, they went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip unforgettable. we can't wait to come back and experience it all over again.
